Black Cat Gallery is an artist run space. This unique space in the heart of the Art precinct, aiming to support local emerging contemporary artists and also showcase emerging South-East Asian artists in Australia. The space is unique and provides a flexible floor plan to cater for a variety of mediums and installations. With a developing calendar for 2017 already underway the mix of Artists will showcase the high calibre work being created throughout Australia and South-East Asia. Gallery promotes international exchange show for local artist and provide art education program.

Located in the heart of Fitzroy’s arts precinct, 69 Smith Street Gallery (ABN: 84 658 516 297) is an artist-run space that provides opportunities for the professional development of visual artists who work in a wide range of art forms. The gallery promotes public appreciation and understanding of contemporary visual art through critical debate. Primarily a rental venue, its exhibition program includes invitational, solo and thematic group exhibitions.

Today the temple – renamed The Lost Ones – is a place to find the odd, the amusing and the interesting. It's an ongoing project. The Lost Ones is named for the reclaiming of lost arts and crafts, the lost communities that were either embraced or rejected by the hall in the past, and to celebrate the lost ideas that creep on the edges of our vision.
