The Galerie Robert Drees was founded in Hannover in 1999 and is now the leading gallery for contemporary art in the North German state capital. Located in a former factory building with over 300 square meters floor space, it shows five to six exhibitions a year. The internationally oriented program encompasses artists who have already established themselves on the art market as well as emerging artists. The gallery specialises in Modern artworks, selected examples of Contemporary Art and important Post-War artists from the second half of the 20th century. Influential solo exhibitions have been devoted in past years to such artists as Max Liebermann, Heinrich Zille, Jacques Lipchitz, E.L. Kirchner, Pablo Picasso, Joan Miro, Alexej von Jawlensky, Horst Antes, Sam Francis and Otto Piene. It is the only gallery in Lower Saxony to have a presence at Art Cologne, thereby also regularly substantiating its international reputation. KUNSTHAUS HANOVER was founded in 1997 by Mirja Müller-Pentz and Frank Hoff. The focus is on the art of the 20th and 21st centuries, taking care to present national and international artists in our gallery. For five decades, Galerie Mensing has been one of Europe's largest art houses, with headquarters in Hamm-Rhynern, Westphalia, and branches in Hanover, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Constance, Munich, Westerland on Sylt and Palma de Mallorca. The wide-ranging art offer includes works of representational painting from the 19th century to the present. Ricus Aschemann- Galerie für Fotografie

The 'Gallery of Photography' is a home for exhibitions of contemporary photography. The central display room is the place for discussions and networking.
